At Kirkwood, the Stewardship Committee handles the financial responsibilities. These responsibilities generally fall into two categories: day-to-day and yearly. The church treasurer handles most of the day-to-day finances of Kirkwood, such as paying bills and balancing the checkbook. In addition, several members of the committee on a rotating basis count the church offerings every week.

Our mission statement derives from 1 Peter 4:10 "Like good stewards of the manifold grace of God, serve one another with whatever gift each of you has received". We attempt, with God's guidance and grace, to be good stewards of the gifts of Kirkwood. We meet at 7:30 a.m. on the second Saturday of every month in the New Fellowship Hall and invite anyone and everyone to join us in our service to Kirkwood and to Christ.

The Stewardship Committee meets on the 1st Thursday of each month at 7pm.
