Note: To control and reduce the spread of the Delta variant of COVID-19, please refrain from hugging and handshakes. Sunday worship will resume to 10:30 a.m. and Adult Sunday School will begin at 9:30 a.m.

  • We ask that everyone (vaccinated or not) wear a mask while indoors. The only exceptions will be for the liturgist and pastor when they are speaking, for those age 2 and under, and for those with special medical needs.

  • Social distance between households is recommended.

  • We will ask anyone who is feeling ill or has had a known exposure to COVID-19 to remain home and participate virtually.

  • We will continue to livestream our services at

As we excitedly move into this next phase of reopening the building, we remember 1 Corinthians 10:23-24,

which tells us, “Everything is permitted, but everything isn’t beneficial. Everything is permitted, but everything

doesn’t build others up. No one should look out for their own advantage, but they should look out for each other.”

The Session will continue to monitor the situation as we continue to emerge from this pandemic and adjust our

policies accordingly, keeping the safety of the congregation as our highest priority.

Do you need something good to read, but the local library branch isn’t open? Or have you just finished a good book that you’d like to share with others?

Your solution might be available at Kirkwood, which has a Little Free Library near the front of the church by the marquee sign. People are welcome to stop by to pick up a book or drop one off. And the books have no due dates; in fact, you don’t even have to return them. So there’s no problem if you select a children’s book and your youngster happens to draw in it.

Readers are welcome to stop by the church and look through the selection, which will change frequently. .
